Are you pet friendly?

Absolutely. As long as your pets are friendly and comfortable with a vacuum cleaner, we cannot wait to meet them! The only time we request pets to be in a separate area of the home, is while we are doing specific deep cleaning services like grout work, etc.

Do I have to be home when the cleaners are there?

No, most clients are not home when our cleaners are there. Just leave us specific instructions on how to get into your home, whether it be a garage code, key, or door PIN code, and we will lock it back up before we leave.

What if there are certain products I would like?

Let us know if there are any specific products you would like! We will do our best to accommodate and if there are any of your own cleaning products or equipment you would like us to use, just let us know where they are kept and we will be more than happy to use them.
